相互保密协议英文范本（Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement）

所上传的英文范本我都是逐字读过的，基本涵盖了一份协议应具备的条款，如有特殊要求，可以在范本基础上进行补充、修改，以满足特定项目的要求。

Here is a form for Mutual NDA.

This agreement between two parties outlines confidential materials or knowledge the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict from generalized use. It prevents one party to disclose information received from another party.
