They have manufacturing plants on the east coast of Australia and Thailand. The financials provided to me go back to 2007 and indicate the business has never made a loss. In fact the lowest EBITDA was $3.25M, NPBT $1.95M.
The owner is late age and looking to retire in a few years. He is interested in selling his business to a new investor in stages and eventually fully exit.
