项目经理 Project Manager
岗位职责:
1、以专业知识、行业经验、信息资源为基础,协助客户进行投资、融资、私募、并购、重组、上市等战略活动的策划、谈判、决策和操作;
2、根据公司统一安排,开展经济分析和企业分析业务,发现有价值的投资方向和投资项目;
3、组织拟投资项目的初步可行性研究和立项研究,提交可行性研究报告,撰写项目投资操作方案;
4、组织实施拟投资项目的尽职调查工作,协调各中介服务机构完成拟投资项目的尽职调查,组织撰写尽职调查报告;
5、对已决定承做的项目,承担商业谈判等各项任务,完成项目运做;
6、协调项目各参与方的合作关系,为项目顺利运做营造良好的商业氛围;
7、作为项目经理实际运作本部门项目,负责项目管理、公司各部门工作协调、外部沟通、撰写项目报告;
8、对项目进行跟踪管理,定期报告项目进展情况,提出存在的问题;
9、为确保项目实现预定目标积极主动地开展相关工作并提交合理化建议;
10、结合公司战略目标与现有资源,开发新的资本运作项目。
任职资格:
1、金融、财务、法律、工商管理本科以上学历,具备会计师、审计师、评估师、律师、经济师、项目管理师或相关任职资格中一项以上任职资格优先,MBA或具有ACCA/CPA/CFA资格证者优先;
2、具有成功的企业并购、重组、投资咨询、IPO等工作经验,具有三年以上知名投资银行、证券公司项目组管理经验者优先;
3、具有敏锐的市场洞察力、分析研究能力、项目开发和协调能力,熟悉国企改制、重组相关法律、法规;具备较强的现场操作能力,能够独立带领团队现场工作,具有独立项目策划及项目管理经验优先,完整主持过资本市场运作成功案例者优先;
4、具有良好的PPT制作技能和文案撰写能力,能够熟练撰写项目报告并能准确清晰地把决策者或项目组的理念和思路通过文案表达出来;
5、具有良好的表达能力和演讲能力,能够准确清晰地向客户演示项目方案,传达理念,富有说服力和感染力;
6、具有较强的商务沟通和谈判能力,组织协调能力强;
7、具备团队合作精神,能够适应经常性的加班与出差。
Job Description:
1、Assisting clients to plan, negotiate, decision-make and operate in investment, financing, private placement, merger, reorganization, listing strategic activities based on professional knowledge, experience and information sources;
2、Conducting economic analysis and business analysis services, and exploring valuable investment direction and investment projects in terms of unified arrangement of the company;
3、Organizing a preliminary quasi-feasibility study and project studies on investment programs, writing investment active plans;
4、Implementing due diligence work of proposed investment projects, coordinating intermediary service agencies to complete due diligence work in investigating and writing reports;
5、Taking commercial negotiation and other tasks for the projects ready to undertake, completing project operation;
6、Coordinating business relationship among parties involved, creating a favorable business climate for programs operating smoothly;
7、In charge of program operation and management, negotiation among divisions, communication with external environment and writing reports;
8、Tracking management, regularly presenting projects’ progress, rising out problems;
9、Working actively and positively and raising reasonable suggestions to make sure reaching the initiative target;
10、Developing new capital operation programs, integrating with company’s strategic targets and available resources.
Responsibilities:
1、Bachelor or above degree, majoring in finance, accounting and finance, business administration, law related; accountants, auditors, appraisers, lawyers, economists, project manager related qualities are preferred, so as MBAs and ACCA/CPA/CFA certificates holders;
2、Rich working experience in M&A, investment consulting, IPO; with more than 3 years’ management experience in famous investment banks and securities companies is preferred;
3、Smart business sense and market insight, analyzing and researching skills, ability of developing and cooperating programs; known well about State-owned restructuring-related laws and regulations. Competent in on-site operation, able to lead on-site work independently; Independent project planning and project management experience preferred; having fully and successfully stories mastered in the capital market are preferred;
4、 Good PPT skills and proposals written skills, ability to accurately and precisely present the ideology of the decision-maker and program team;
5、Good communication skills and presentation skills, able to accurately demonstrate the program to customers; convincing and appealing;
6、Strong business communication skills and negotiation skills, excellent organizing and coordinating skills;
7、With team spirit, could adapt to frequent overtime work and business travels. |
